Two brothers from Zaragoza looking after your apartment as if it were our own
We're Gonzalo and Nicolás Moya. We started out managing our own family's apartments, realised that hardly anyone did it well and ended up setting this up. When you call, one of the two of us picks up the phone.
Our story
How it all started, without embellishment
The first apartments we managed belonged to the family. We saw up close what happens when a landlord rents out on their own: months without being paid, a tenant who disappears, a boiler that breaks down in August and nobody to call.
We also saw the other side: agencies that charge a commission every month and still leave the risk with the owner. We felt something was missing, a formula in which whoever takes on the risk is the one who gets paid to manage it.
That's how this was born: we sign, we pay and we take on whatever goes wrong. If the apartment stays empty, we're the ones who lose. That's what makes us do it well.

Only Zaragoza and its surroundings
We choose not to expand into other provinces. Knowing the neighbourhoods one by one is what lets us quote a rent with sound judgement and be at your apartment within 24 hours.
No call centre
There are two of us and we both answer to you in person. No salesperson who makes promises and then disappears: the person who visits you is the one who signs and the one who picks up the phone afterwards.
Numbers in writing before you sign
The rent, what we cover, the refurbishment we take on and the exit terms go into one document. If something isn't in writing, it doesn't count, and that binds us.
We'd rather say no
If your apartment isn't a fit, we tell you so and explain what we'd do in your place. A proposal we can't sustain ends badly for both of us.
Services
What we do for your apartment
Two ways of working, depending on what you're looking for.
Guaranteed rent
We sign with you as the tenant and pay you a fixed amount every month, whether the apartment is occupied or empty. No fee, no commission and the refurbishment at our expense.
Full property management
If you'd rather sign with the tenant yourself and keep the market price, we handle the contract, rent collection, repairs and the paperwork.
